“Not many people have the opportunity to report to a manager who also becomes a true friend, coach and mentor. I've had the pleasure to work with Dave both as my senior co-worker and my direct manager over the course of 4 years. He is capable of putting out multiple fires at the same time in different systems, while also assisting team members with roadblocks in their development. “I worked directly with Dave for over a year on a number of projects and genuinely enjoyed having him as a colleague and project team member. The projects we were involved with primarily included C# and SQL development and his technical prowess in these areas was invaluable to ensuring we met the project requirements and schedule.
